Description

Hilly production area, in the production area of Gavi D.O.C.G., wine produced with grapes suitable for the production of Gavi D.O.C.G. Sparkling winemaking technique: classic fermentation in the bottle, maturation on the yeasts for about 10 years.

Tasting

Thick and soft foam with fine and continuous perlage. Light gold colour, lively and brilliant. Intense and persistent nose of exotic fruits, honey and spices. Dry and full sip, decisive and fresh, with a velvety and continuous texture; pleasant acidity, a hint of almond on the finish.
