Hilly production area, in the production area of Gavi D.O.C.G. Sparkling winemaking technique: classic fermentation in the bottle, maturation on the yeasts for over 24 months.
Thick and soft foam, abundant; minute and continuous perlage. Light, lively and brilliant colour. Intense and persistent aroma; from a fruity first impression we move on to delicate flowery hints, which fade into a soft and elegant complex. Strong flavor, very balanced, delicately acidic, with hints of almond.
Suitable for aperitifs or throughout the meal.
