Description

The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are vinified in steel, with a maceration of 12/15 days at 24/26°C. The wine then matures in steel and large oak barrels for approximately 30 months.

Tasting

Intense ruby red color with garnet shades. Broad and balsamic nose of eucalyptus and rosemary, with hints of plum and blackberry jam, and spicy notes of black pepper, nutmeg, chocolate and vanilla. Ethereal, harmonious flavour, with good structure, rightly tannic with a pleasant aftertaste of ripe, persistent fruit.
