Manual harvest in boxes between September and October; destemmed and pressed grapes, fermentation with maceration on the skins and malolactic fermentation; soft pressing and racking, steel only.

Tasting

Brilliant ruby red colour; nose of small fruits (dark cherry, blackberry, blueberry and blackcurrant) and herbaceous note typical of the vine; full-bodied and savory sip, with good persistence, with a return of olfactory sensations.
