Description

From medium-textured calcareous soil and pergola training. Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard in the last ten days of September, before October. Traditional red vinification in steel, maturation in small wooden barrels.

Tasting

Dark ruby red. On the nose it is intense, quite complex, fine. Fruity, herbaceous, spicy, toasted. On the palate it is dry, warm, quite soft, fresh, tannic, quite savory.
