Description

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20°C for 25 days, conducted with Native yeasts naturally present on the grapes, spontaneous malolactic fermentation during refinement. Aging in barriques and 6 months in the bottle.

Tasting

Intense and deep red color. Nose of ripe fruit, coffee and truffle. Rich and concentrated sip, with light animal notes. The typical elegance of Bolgheri.
