Description

Manual harvest in crates at the end of September; soft pressing, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14/16°C; the wine matures for a year in steel on the fine lees with constant batonnages. Aged for at least six months in the bottle.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour; intense mineral nose with hints of citrus and spices; savory, full-bodied, structured and persistent sip, with good acidity.
