Description

Manually harvested in 18kg boxes in the first weeks of September, the grapes are crushed, destemmed and left to ferment/macerate for around 7 days at a controlled temperature of 27°. It matures until February in steel and refines for 45 days in the bottle.

Tasting

Pale ruby red colour; fruity and floral nose, with slight vinosity; intense, soft and decisive sip, which brings back small berries, currants and blackberries.

Pairings

Soups, cold rice, fried fish, medium-aged cheeses.
