Late harvest and collection in boxes for subsequent drying in the sun until reaching 21% potential alcohol. Slow pressing and vinification in steel, subsequent maturation in tonneaux for 2 years. Once bottled it rests for another year before being sold.

Bright yellow color; Complex and intense nose with hints of musk and vanilla, candied fruits and muscat grapes. On the sip notes of ripe fruit and citrus, with a good final freshness that gives balance to its sweetness.
