Description

Manual harvesting of the grapes in boxes, with selection in the vineyard in the first half of October; selection of the grapes that undergo lengthy drying in boxes in the drying loft. Traditional red vinification in contact with the skins, with frequent pumping over. The wine matures for 1 year in barriques and 2 years in 25hl oak casks; it is refined for a long time in bottles before release.

Tasting

Garnet red colour; nose of jammy fruit, black cherry, cherry and vanilla, with hints of dried figs, aromatic herbs and spicy notes; highly structured, complex, elegant and velvety on the palate.
