Description

Manual harvesting in the first half of October, with selection in the vineyard; fermentation at a controlled temperature of 22/24°C, in contact with the skins during the entire process; the wine matures for 8/12 months in large oak barrels; maturing for a period in the bottle before release.

Tasting

Brilliant ruby red colour; cherry nose with balsamic, vanilla and spicy notes. Soft and well-structured on the palate; long finish.

First courses with meat sauces, grilled red meats, stews, medium-aged cheeses.
