Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; short cold maceration of the grapes partly dried in the drying room and partly harvested at the end of November and fermentation for 10 days at low temperatures to preserve the aromas; matures in steel barrels for 6 months, refines in bottle for 3 months.

Intense straw yellow color with golden reflections; intensely aromatic nose with hints ranging from Golden apple to ripe peach; rich, delicate and fragrant sip, with excellent persistence.
