BottlesMaceration of the musts for 14/28 days, with short and frequent pumping over; Once the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is completed, the wine matures in large barrels for 20/24 months.
Concentrated and bright ruby red colour. On the nose it presents intense notes of cherry, blackberries and wild fruits, followed by pipe tobacco, cinchona, leather and dark spices. Soft on the palate, with smooth tannins and an adequate fresh-savory flavor. Long persistence.
