Description

Late harvest carried out by hand; red vinification with maceration on the skins for 5 days, fermentation at a temperature of 26/28°C to favor the extraction of the coloring substance contained in the skin of the grapes; end of fermentation at 20°C. Followed by malolactic fermentation and refinement.

Tasting

Intense ruby red color with purple reflections. Intense and persistent nose, with hints of morello cherry, dog rose and jam. Warm, balanced, very persistent sip.

Dry pastries, dried fruit, also excellent on its own
