Description

It comes from only Nebbiolo grapes grown on soils rich in marine sand, gravel, marl and kaolin clay, at 250/300m above sea level. Spontaneous fermentation with punching down and maceration for 20/25 days. Aging for 36 months in 1,500 liter oak barrels.

Tasting

Ruby red. On the nose it is elegant and fine, with hints of small red fruits, notes of liquorice and a hint of leather. On the palate it is soft, with good flavor and a velvety tannic texture. Persistent.

Second courses of red meat, on all cooking methods.
