Description

Destemming and soft pressing of the skins are followed by natural fermentation in open-vat steel vats with subsequent refinement in concrete vats for 5 months.

Nose of flowers and small red fruits, with mineral and wild herb notes; slender sip, with beautiful minerality and flavor, with balanced tannins and a harmonious finish.
