Description

Red vinification with 6/7 day fermentation; maturation in large 15 hectoliter wooden barrels for one year, then ten months in steel. Before marketing, it refines for a year in the bottle.

Tasting

Deep ruby red colour; rich nose, with hints of ripe fruit; elegant and soft sip, with vanilla notes and an almond aftertaste.
