Description

Soft pressing of whole grapes. The must is clarified by cooling and subsequently ferments at a controlled temperature. The wine then rests in concrete barrels for at least a year. After bottling the wine rests for another year in the bottle.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour. Delicate floral and mineral notes on the nose, citrine and mineral notes in the mouth.

Pairings

Fish dishes, first courses with herbs, fresh cheeses, Vicenza-style cod.
