Description

Manual harvest of the grapes with selection in the vineyard; spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks with only indigenous yeasts; macerations of different duration for each variety, 9 days for Baratuciat and 20 days for Viognier; the assembled wine then matures in concrete tanks and is bottled without fining or filtration.

Tasting

Golden amber color, intense and citrusy nose, elegant, with notes of lemon peel and black tea; smooth and soft sip, long lasting.
