Aglianico
Cold maceration of destemmed grapes; pure fermentation with Native yeasts; bottling the wine still in fermentation with 12 g/l of residual sugar; natural second fermentation which occurs by completing fermentation in the bottle with the transformation of residual sugars into bubbles (the authentic Ancestral Method).
Coral pink in colour, it appears cloudy due to the presence of yeasts in the bottle (typical of the ancestral method). Lively nose of wild strawberry and wild flowers, with notes of baked bread. Vibrant and light sip, citrusy, with good freshness and flavor. Wine to try also by putting the yeasts back into suspension before pouring.
