Description

Grapes selected before harvesting directly on the vine are used without the aid of biotechnology. Racking and bottling are carried out naturally. The wine matures in 500-litre oak barrels for 8 to 12 months; it is refined in bottles for a minimum of 12 months.

Tasting

Medium intense ruby red colour, tending to brick red with ageing; delicate, ethereal, persistent aroma; dry, harmonious, medium-bodied flavour.

Pairings

Perfect with important earth and red meat dishes and savoury main courses.
