Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; red vinification with soft destemming and pressing of the grapes, maceration and fermentation of the grapes for 12/14 days, with daily pumping over and delestages; maturation in steel until January, in French oak tonneaux for 12 months; bottle aging for 6 months.

Tasting

Ruby red color with slight garnet reflections; nose of cherry, blackberry and currant, with spicy notes of pepper, cinnamon and vanilla; elegant sip, between soft tannins and good acidity, with excellent balance and persistence.

Pairings

First courses with ragù, roasted white meats, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
