Description

white vinification with soft pressing of whole bunches; natural refermentation in the bottle.

Tasting

Cherry pink color with a fine and persistent perlage. Elegant and intense nose of rose bud and ripe red fruits with a strawberry finish. Savory sip of great freshness, where the aromas perceived by smell return. It can also be enjoyed by bringing the base back into suspension, giving more structure to the drink.
