Franciacorta Brut

The vineyard is located in Monticelli Brusati with South/Southeast exposure and is placed on silt and clay soil, rich in skeleton, with excellent drainage. The vines, with an average age of 22 years, are trained using the Guyot system and the yield per hectare is around 80 quintals. The hand-harvested grapes are subjected to soft whole-bunch pressing and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The draft takes place the following spring with aging on the yeasts for over 24 months.

Brilliant shiny straw yellow colour. Fine and persistent perlage. Intense and characteristic aroma, reminiscent of the crust of freshly baked bread, white flowers and vanilla. Rich, soft, persistent flavor. On the palate it expresses its soft, elegant finesse to the maximum thanks to a good fruity finish.

Paired with any meal, perfect with cold cuts.
