Description

Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, unfiltered, unclarified, without added sulphites; the vinification takes place in steel in contact with the skins, with 20% of the mass subjected to carbonic maceration; then assembly, rest, bottling and rest again.

Very fresh nose, with notes of flowers and undergrowth; enveloping and juicy sip, with marked minerality and long persistence.
