White vinification, cold, partly macerated on the skins; left, until bottling, in contact with the native first fermentation yeasts or “sur lie”. Excellent when drunk as soon as it is released on the market, it is very suitable for aging and refining over the years.

Light straw yellow colour, with delicate greenish reflections. Intense, long, continuous, persistent aroma, from fruity to flowery depending on the state of evolution. Broad, savory flavour, hints of flint; almond and walnut in the finish.
