Description

Manual harvest in mid-September; red vinification with maceration on the skins for 15 days and spontaneous fermentation; maturation for one year in large 50hl oak barrels, refinement in bottle for at least 4 months.

Deep ruby red colour; nose of red fruits and flowers, with herbaceous notes and light spiciness; elegant and broad sip, with great freshness and smoothness.
