Description

Manual harvest at the end of September; red vinification with spontaneous fermentation, whole bunch maceration for 15 days, soft pressing; the wine matures for 18 months in 500l oak barrels and refines in the bottle for at least 6 months.

Tasting

Ruby red colour; nose of red fruits with notes of orange peel, spicy tones and hints of cocoa and coffee; rich and full-bodied sip, balanced by a vein of extreme freshness; balance and long persistence.
