Description

It comes from grassy vineyards facing south at an altitude of 350/400 m. After a 90-day maceration in 50 hl wooden vats, it refines for 40 months in 50 hl barrels and steel tanks, to then complete the refinement in the bottle.

Tasting

Ruby red in colour, it reveals an inviting range of Alpine scents to the nose, with notes of dried flowers, mountain herbs, mint and cherry. The sip is extremely fine, juicy and elegant at the same time, with a long and complex progression, guided by a beautiful minerality towards a saline finish.

Roast or grilled meat, stewed red meat, game, mature cheeses.
