Description

It comes from grassy vineyards facing south at an altitude of 350/500 m. After maceration for 110 days in 50 hl wooden vats, it refines for 18 months in 50 hl barrels and concrete tanks, to then complete the refinement in the bottle.

Tasting

Ruby red color with pink reflections, intense aromas of cherry and violet, notes of liquorice and berries, on the palate it is fresh and savory, with thick and smooth tannins, with good minerality.

Roast or grilled meat, stewed red meat, game, mature cheeses.
