Description

Manual collection in boxes. Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel; maceration lasts from 3 to 5 weeks; malolactic fermentation entirely carried out in barrels. Maturation for 12 months in barriques of which 25% are new (80% of French origin); light filtration during bottling.
