Destemming, maceration for 4/6 months in 500 l oak tonneaux. Pressed by a press, aged for 6 months in cement and at least a year in the bottle.

Tasting

Bright amber color; fine and complex nose, of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit and wild flowers; full, soft, intense sip, of great freshness and minerality, with excellent persistence.
