Moscato Giallo
The grapes dry in boxes for approximately three months at a controlled temperature. Once a sugar concentration of approximately 400 g/l has been reached, they are crushed, destemmed and pressed. Once a rapid cold clarification has been carried out, the must is decanted and inoculated with selected yeasts and begins to ferment in barriques and tonneaux. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation the wine is cooled and sulphited, without decanting.
Intense amber yellow color. Nose of figs, raisins and honey, together with the characteristic scent of orange blossom and candied orange. Sugary sip intertwined with fig, sultanas and orange honey. It finishes velvety, slightly tannic, persistent.
Sweets and biscuits, blue cheeses.
