Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; red vinification with soft destemming and pressing of the grapes, maceration and fermentation of the grapes for 12/14 days, with daily pumping over and delestages; resting in steel and refermentation of the wine on the pomace of Recioto and Amarone; maturation in steel until April, in tonneaux for 12 months and in large Slavonian oak barrels for another 12 months; bottle aging for 6 months.

Intense ruby ​​red color with garnet reflections; complex nose of morello cherry and cherry, blueberries and blackberries, with notes of hibiscus flowers and light spiciness; enveloping sip, with good structure, fresh and elegant, with velvety tannins and great persistence.

Grilled meats, roasts, medium-aged cheeses.
