Red vinification with maceration on the skins for 8/15 days at a temperature of 26/30°C; matures in steel tanks until the malolactic fermentation is completed, after which it is decanted into French barriques; refines in the bottle before being released on the market.

Intense ruby ​​red colour; warm nose of cherry and ripe plum, with notes of liquorice and wood; soft and fresh sip, with soft tannins and fruity returns.
