Manual harvest from mid-October; soft pressing and fermentation in steel; maturation in barrique for 12/16 months, refinement in bottle.
Very bright ruby red colour, it has an intense fruity and elegant bouquet, with hints of aromatic herbs, black cherry, and delicate vanilla and spicy notes; full, soft, savory sip.
Traditional Calabrian first courses, dishes based on red meat, game, mature cheeses.
