The Glera harvest generally takes place in the first ten days of September; the grapes are harvested and immediately processed in the winery with an initial maceration on the skins for 12 hours followed by soft pressing; fermentation in steel tank for 12/15 days at controlled temperature; the following spring the wine is decanted, added with selected yeasts and bottled, where refermentation takes place until it reaches 2.5 bar; refines in bottle for approximately 4 months.
Pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections; fresh and fruity nose with hints of green apple and pear, followed by fragrant notes due to the yeast base that remains in the bottle; fresh, lively, citrine sip, with a golden apple aftertaste.
