Limen Rosso 2016

Manual harvest at full maturity; crushing-destemming and start of maceration, spontaneous fermentation with pumping over until the end of fermentation; drawing off and maturation in used barrique for at least two years; bottled without filtration. Very low sulfur content.

Strong and direct wine, with a complex nose of cherry and blackberry, dried plum and violet, with notes of musk and leather; velvety and long sip, with returns of olfactory sensations and a touch of liquorice.

Roasts, braised meats, mature cheeses.
