Harvesting generally takes place in the first ten days of September. The grapes are vinified with initial maceration on the skins for 12 hours, followed by soft pressing and then in steel tanks for 12-15 days at a temperature of 16-18°C. The wine matures in steel tanks for approximately 7 months.
Straw-yellow colour with golden hues. Vinous, intense bouquet with hints of lime blossom, wisteria and acacia. With ripening there is an elegant note of acacia honey. Full, broad, soft, savoury and mineral flavour with hints of golden apple and pear. With evolution, a typical bitter almond aftertaste stands out.
