Manual harvest in boxes; after a slight drying on special racks, the vinification takes place in acacia wood; the wine matures in oak barriques and refines in the bottle.

Tasting

Shiny golden yellow colour; intense and complex nose, of wild hazelnut and vine bud; dense and enveloping sip, supported by acidity and minerality that balance the drink.
