Description

Medium-textured, clayey soil of volcanic origin. After direct pressing of the grapes and a short skin maceration, the must is clarified by decanting and fermented at a controlled temperature in steel.

Tasting

Pale straw colour with greenish highlights, fine bouquet with floral notes of wild flowers, camomile, aromatic herbs and fruity hints of white-fleshed peach, almond and golden apple. Lively, savoury, harmonious and long lasting.
