Luna di Maggio Frizzante Freisa d’Asti DOC 2023

Every year the best batch of Freisa from the Cornareto hill is vinified separately and bottled when the wine has completed its natural aging cycle. The liveliness of this product is linked to the traditional process which involves, before bottling, the addition of a part of sweet wine into the autoclave, thus determining a small alcoholic refermentation which enriches the wine with its typical bubbles.

Intense ruby ​​red colour; nose of strawberry in rainy years, of blackberry and currant in warmer ones; dry sip with a pleasantly acidic and bittering nuance, very refreshing.
