Casetta
Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard upon reaching the right ripeness. Traditional red vinification with maceration on the skins for 12 days, constant temperature at 25/26°, fermentation in steel. Maturation in barriques for at least 12 months.
Spicy aromas on a vanilla base that evolve into leather, chocolate and mineral.
First or second courses of red meat or game.
