BottlesManual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard when the right ripeness is reached. Traditional red vinification with maceration on the skins for 12 days, constant temperature at 25/26°, fermentation in steel. Maturation in barriques for at least 12 months.
Spicy aromas against a background of vanilla evolving into leather, chocolate and mineral.
