The vinification is carried out by soft pressing with destemming, followed by fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature. Maturation in barriques for 18 months and refinement in bottle.

Golden yellow colour. Intense aroma of rose, carnation and jasmine, fruit in syrup and spices. Lots of softness and persistence, with nice acidity.
Structured and intense fish dishes, white meat dishes such as baked rabbit, intense and aromatic oriental dishes, medium-aged cheeses.
