Marzemino Trentino DOC 2024

The grapes harvested in the first ten days of October, at the right level of ripeness, are traditionally vinified in “red” with six days of maceration and frequent pumping over. The alcoholic fermentation, following the addition of selected yeasts, takes place at a controlled temperature of 25°C. After racking, the wine completes malolactic fermentation and matures for six months in stainless steel tanks.

Ruby red color with amaranth reflections; typical delicate nose, with the characteristic floral notes of violets; savory, full sip, slightly bitter on the finish.
