Description

The Merlot harvest generally takes place in the second ten days of September. The grapes are vinified in steel tanks, with maceration for about 7 days at a temperature of 24-26 °C. Maturation in steel tanks for 9 months.

Tasting

Intense ruby red colour with violet hues. Vinous bouquet with distinct scent of currants and ripe red fruit. Harmonious and balanced flavour with the right body and good persistence.

Pairings

Enjoyable with earthy hors d'oeuvres and even simple dishes.
