BottlesThe grapes are harvested, selected manually and macerated on the skins with the stems for 30 days in conical oak vats without temperature control. In these days the alcoholic fermentation begins spontaneously and manual punching is carried out three times a day. Subsequently the skins are subjected to soft pressing and the wine will be placed in small acacia barrels for 48 months, always in contact with the fine lees until bottling. Bottle refinement for a minimum of 6 months.
Coppery golden yellow color; intense and complex nose, broad, of flowers and ripe fruit, citrus and tropical fruits, with perfectly integrated spicy notes; rich and tannic sip, harmonious and mineral, of great persistence.
Shellfish, grilled white meats, mature and blue cheeses; excellent on its own.
