With a plant age ranging from 20 to more than 100 years. The soils are mixed, with the presence of lapilli, turece (sand and ash) and clay. It is harvested between the end of October and the beginning of November. As with the other wines produced by Monte di Grazia, fermentation takes place in steel with Native yeasts. For this red the refinement took place for 36 months in steel and 12 months in the bottle.
Bright red wine. Ripe fruit prevails on the nose accompanied by a satisfying floral note. Intense and persistent flavour.
Wine suitable for all meats with simple cooking, cured meats and cheeses.
