Intense purple red color tending towards purple, evanescent creamy foam with fine and persistent bubbles; delicate but characterful nose, with strong notes of black cherry and vinous and spicy varietal aromas; enveloping and full sip, with pleasant and balanced tannins; dry finish with a fruity return.

Fried dumplings, cured meats and cheeses, tagliatelle with meat sauce, agnolotti, cappelletti, cotechino, stews, mixed boiled meats.
